1. Yangon City Development Committee is upgrading its Building Construction Permit System to the online submission system (Automation System). The Pilot Phase of Yangon Building Permit System for Low and Medium Risk Buildings has been launched since 9-8-2019.
2. It has been more than 7 months since the pilot launch, during which the system has been gradually improved with the participation of the professionals.
3. This is to notify that online submission of all construction permit applications, not only for Low Risk and Medium Risk Buildings but also High Risk Buildings, will be accepted online from 15th March, 2020 onwards.
4. This is also to notify in advance that starting from 27th April, 2020, after allowing some time for familiarization and improvement of the system, the submission of building construction applications will be accepted online only.
