The objectives of this procedure are:
a) To verify that the projected building is in accordance with the laws and regulations in force regarding
building, planning, environmental, and security issues during the construction phase.
b) Issue the Notice of inspection approval (NIA-001) or the Notification to Stop the Building (NSB-001)
